Let's face it. Getting Sulfur is the easiest of the materials to make Gun Powder. You can get them from Sulfur Quarry's or from the Giant Excavator. You can get charcoal as a by-product of smelting the Sulfur in a furnace. But it's never enough to get you what you need to make the gun powder you want for your raids and ammo.
This is where this package comes in. For less than a dollar, you can get 1000 charcoal to mix with that stack of Sulfur. Use a mixing table and BAM! You have 500 gun powder.
